The Congressional App Challenge is an annual competition for middle and high school students to encourage young adults to develop computer science abilities and code something they're passionate about.
Students may submit any kind of app, using any programming language, on any topic - as long as it's an original creation by the student!
Last year's winner was Ulysses Escobar, who created Nutritional Content Intake Calc.
Submissions are due November 1st.
