The Anchorage Office of Representative Mary Sattler Peltola is seeking interns for the Fall 2023 term. These positions offer an opportunity to learn about the U.S. House of Representatives and gain substantive work experience in an exciting and fast-paced office. The internship will be located in the Anchorage District Office of Representative Peltola. Interns' responsibilities will vary. They may be asked to answer phones, research legislation for the Member and legislative staff, attend hearings and briefings, and answer constituent letters on various issues before the House. As a result, interns learn about the legislative process and the many other functions of a congressional office.
